Refund Policy

At Bakhtor Tour & Travels, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure our clients have a clear understanding of the process. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for cancellations and other situations.

1. Cancellation by the Client

1.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee.
  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

1.2 Processing Fee: All cancellations will incur a non-refundable processing fee. The exact amount will be specified at the time of booking.

1.3 Refund Request: Clients must submit a written refund request via email to info@bakhtortourandtravels.com.

2. Cancellation by Bakhtor Tour & Travels

2.1 Full Refund: If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, clients will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

2.2 Alternative Arrangements: We may offer alternative tour options or dates. If the client accepts the alternative, no refund will be issued. If the client declines, a full refund will be processed.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

3.2 Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the booking. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative method with the client.

4. Non-Refundable Services

4.1 Third-Party Services: Services booked through third-party providers, such as flights, hotels, and special activities, may have different cancellation and refund policies. Any refunds for these services will be subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.

4.2 Partial Services: If a client chooses to leave a tour early or not to participate in certain activities, no partial refunds will be issued for unused services.

5. Force Majeure

5.1 Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics), refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will make every effort to provide fair compensation, but standard refund policies may not apply.
